1.About us

Carla’s Curves is a plus size boutique located at 6601 Cypresswood Dr., Spring, TX 77379. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Carla’s Curves, and “you” means anyone visiting our site or shopping with us.

2.Using our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam or harmful content. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

3.Products, sizing & colors

We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and fit can vary by style and brand. Please check the size guide and product details before ordering, and reach out if you’d like help finding your fit.

4.Pricing & availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice. Because we’re a boutique, many items are available in limited quantities. If an item sells out after you order, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund for that item.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even if the order has been confirmed.

5.Orders & payment

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we received it. Your order is accepted once it ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed reasonable quantity limits.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By submitting payment, you confirm you’re authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

6.Discounts & promotions

Our 10% first-order discount is valid once per customer on their first online order and can’t be combined with other offers unless stated. Discount codes have no cash value, can’t be applied to past orders, and may be changed or ended at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse promotions.

7.Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout. Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days, and you’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we aren’t responsible for carrier delays. Please double-check your shipping address; we can’t be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within [7] days of the delivery date and we’ll help make it right.

8.Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange eligible items within [14] days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items, intimates, jewelry, and accessories are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• To start a return or exchange, email us with your order number.

9.Emails & text messages

If you sign up for our emails or texts, you agree to receive marketing messages from Carla’s Curves, such as new arrivals, sales, and order updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to make a purchase.

10.Intellectual property

All content on this site, including our logo, photos, graphics, and text, belongs to Carla’s Curves or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Please don’t copy, reuse, or distribute it without our written permission.

11.Limitation of liability

Our website and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carla’s Curves is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use our site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
